Update

We have been slowly plugging along on cleaning of the railings and verticle beams. We will start cleaning siding on Monday. We will be getting paint and stain samples up on Tuesday for the strata to approve. We expect to be picking up the pace by mid next week.

The start!

The cleaning is about to start. We will hand deliver a notice to your door when we are about to clean your unit. We are starting on unit 20-27, and a notice was delivered on Sunday. We will typically give a minimum of 48 hours notice.

We will be using a 15% bleach solution that will not be harmful to your plants.

We ask that you please close your windows during the pressure washing phase. We also request you remove all items from your deck and away from the exterior walls. All items that can’t be removed from the deck can be placed in the centre of the deck and covered to allow access to the exterior walls.

All Christmas lights and other items attached to the building must be removed to allow proper cleaning and painting.

I would expect painting/staining to start in the next couple of weeks.
